We are the Harp-Sick Horde, a brand new electric blues band based in Newcastle. We play ragged 'n' dirty rocked-up covers of the early blues greats - Blind Boy Fuller, Reverend Gary Davis, Brownie McGhee, Floyd Council, John Lee Hooker, you get the idea...

We currently consist of a singer/guitarist and a drummer, so need a bass player to round out the sound. We love bouncy melodic walking basslines, something that can really support and augment the single guitar. Check out the facebook page at www.facebook.com/theharpsickhorde where there are some videos to give you an idea of the sound we're going for.

And if you want more, there are a bunch of demos in the same style at https://www.youtube.com/user/rexelmatador/videos

Any questions just ask.

A gig on 29th September is already in the works, so let's get to it!

I just messaged you on Facebook about this. If you're a member here does this mean that you're the outgoing bassist? Or if they're a new band does that mean that you're playing guitar?
