Mini pedal suggestions for a Jam board

My rig is now based around my Helix, but sometimes I don't want to take my rack.

So I want to put together a Pedal Train Nano (classic version)

I'm looking for ideas for mini versions of

Compressor (subtle and squashy ideally)
Envelope filter (ideally something that sounds as good as the MXR)
Drive (quite flexible - I'll be using my Darkglass amp so I have some built in already)

and maybe one other. something fun / quirky maybe.

I have already tried the Xotic SP compressor and didn't like it - but other than that I'm open to all suggestions.

It will be powered from a Rockboard XL battery pack, so I'm hoping to avoid digital pedals if I can to maximise battery life.

That sounds like you want a FlyRig to be honest. http://www.tech21nyc.com/products/sansamp/bassflyrig.html

Or if that's too much search for Valeton Dapper Bass which is (slowly) making it's way to our shores http://basschat.co.uk/topic/304433-cheap-bass-flyrig/page__hl__valeton__fromsearch__1

Of course, individual pedals are still fun!

OP wants to avoid digital pedals and first two recommendations are digital!

Are you looking for nano/1590A sized pedals only? Personally I prefer the next size up but with top mounted jacks, they end up taking up the same amount of space as nano pedals once they're lined up.

You could complete your line up with Aguilar pedals only, a TLC, Agro, Filter Twin and Chorusaurus! It would look pretty damn neat and be all analog, and the pedals would line up snug with no gaps. It won't be cheap however! An example I found (as you can see, the mini tuner takes up the same width as the bigger pedals due to the jacks):

The Valeton is here mate. Ordered from Thomann last week and it arrived yesterday.

Big +1 here on the suggestion for Aguilar pedals. Once you factor in even the lowest profile patch cables and a power supply, you really don't gain anything having nano sized pedals. Comparisons below...

TC Electronic:

Mooer:

Joyo (Ironman series) next to TC nano for length comparison. The TC is about half an inch longer:

Somehow the Joyo pedal with cables looks narrower than the Aguilar in the shot above but it's actually the same width!
