A classic starting point.

Just as an aside, I have a friend who went out with one of the Nephilim guitarists back in the classic era.

One of the guys he references is this guy - Gil Scott-Heron; don't know why I'd never heard of him before - I might have to find out a bit more about him.

Big fields of the nephilim fan here so interesting.

I do like that track, like an industrial soul

"Celebrate" is one of the songs that made me want to get a bass...saw the original Nephilim 4 times back in the day, awesome on stage

I saw them quite a few times as well before they split - some of the best gigs I've been to. I also saw them when they did a one-off show at the Astoria about 10 years ago, with Gary Numan's guitarist (Steve Harris) on guitar but I didn't recognise any of the other band members, and while it was OK it was nothing like the old Nephilim. I've not seen them since Tony returned but I have seen Tony with the Eden House and he's still got it.

It's still one of my favourites to play, lovely tone.

He came up with some cracking basslines...

It's a bit uber-goth for me these days, but back in the backcombing days.....
