Blend and tone pot

Can someone advise me what hardware I need to do a concentric "outer" blend (centre notch) and "inner" tone ?

I think I can do the wiring it's the hardware choices I'm uncertain about

To fit a Jazz bass with single coils and two volume controls
The blend is for a piezo to be used or blended in to whatever the two volumes select

To mix the piezo and mag signals together you'll need something like the East MPM-01 buffer circuit. I'd suggest giving John a call and explaining what you need, he'll be able to sort you out.

thank you, I have since read that piezos are quite low output so that may be the answer. I want it to be a bit [i]stealth[/i].

Re low output, it depends which piezo you're using. Hipshot/Graphtech piezo bridges have more output than your average humbucker!

I've just fitted a John East MPM-02 preamp/ blender to Mick's Psilos bass (hugely long build thread here: http://basschat.co.uk/topic/302963-finished-a-bridge-too-far/ )

- it worked very well indeed
