Price or trade value:£330

Hi guys,

For sale only, an amazing Bitsa P with Bartollini pickup and Tele Jazz neck (with ebony fingerboard and Schallers) put together at Wild's in Highgate, London. With the odd ding here and there but much cared for.

Put on sell it 3 years ago but withdrew due to work and kept. Not getting used now and play 5's these days (original ad here: http://basschat.co.u...__fromsearch__1 ) Updated price is realistic to what these ones go for and under original cost.

Specs:

- P body from a Squire, bought from here from Tom1946. All solid, does the job. Bought for £55

- J neck from Warmoth, bought here from umcoo. With Schaller machine heads, ebony fretboard, reinforced. Only letdown is that in order to adjust the truss rood you need to remove it. A luthier can sort that out easily routing a small channel for the allen keys, I just never got round to have it done. Bought for £265

-Bartolini pups, 8S and 9J-L1. P-J. Only fitted the P and it sounds so good I didn't want to spend money fitting the J. Around £100 from ebay including customs/etc.

-Setting up was around £80 including price of a neckplate, screws and some fiddling around so that it fitted in the pocket.

Original cost around £500. Yours (and my loss as I love it) for £350. £330.Not looking for trades. Comes with a gigbag.

Preferably, collection from Leyton, London, and cash in hand. Happy for you to come and try. Willing to post for free in UK mainland.

Thanks for reading.

I think the original owner wanted a thumbrest originally. You can see a good pic here:

It's 38mm alright. Don't have scales I'm afraid so can't give you a figure . Not particularly light, though, it's slightly heavier than my 4 strings TRB MK1.

Cheers
