Rumble Posted August 26, 2017 Share Posted August 26, 2017 I have a pedulla thunderbolt 5 which is ergonomically perfect for me. However, whilst the bartolini BC pickups and TC4 preamp combo give fantastic tight low end and mid it is a bit light in the upper register. I have read around on t'internet and haven't found a definitive answer to which to change first to get the top end I'm after; pickups or preamp?
