Price or Trade Value : £950

For sale:

My last 5-stringer, only 4 string for me from now on,

Pretty blue Marleaux JB5, 34" scale, zero fret,
Bartolini pickups, active preamp with volume, blend, passive tone and stacked treble/bass.

String spacing is adjustable and currently 19mm.

Sound is superb and plays easy and smooth.
Body does have some light battle scars, but nothing too serious.

including hardcase.

£950

Shipping within the UK/EU £35

Great looking bass! Is it a custom order or an older model? Haven't seen a Marleaux in this shape yet.

Thanks! This isn't a new bass nor custom order, I think Marleaux still makes the JB series according their website.

Actually I think the JB was replaced with the Votan. The JB is pretty rare in the U.K. especially in 5 string. Very nice basses with fantastic tone! Frans Vollink of "acid" jazz/funk Tristan plays a deluxe version.......

Nicely understated. There isn't anything on Ms website other than in History. Got more info such as woods, weight, controls.
