What are you thinking of putting through them?
Just vocals?

Tim, According to the specs they will only handle 200W RMS, so you would blow them up pretty quickly if your mixer is 600W per side. They really are only suitable for vocals as they only have a 10" driver.
Something like this is closer to the mark.

Or if you are di'ing bass and miking up drums, try this.

We had a set of Class D Tops and Bins that we bought direct from them and they were a good deal. They are excellent value for money.

Ah.... you may not blow them....... depends how you use them..... Generally you would use a larger power amp to drive any speaker so you don't start to introduce any distortion into the signal path... just be careful.... I have to agree that these would be no good for the size venue your suggesting. you will be better off with 15" drivers and 3-400 watts....

For the record I used a pair of Class D tops once........ absolute pants.... sounded dreadful.

Hi Crez, The tops on there own arn't that good. They are very "toppy". With the Bins they sound really good. We were Di'ing keys and miked up Drims through them. They are made to be used with the bins and contain a crossover that limits Bass freqs.
For the price they were relly good. I guess it also depends what you are feeding them with.

I have to agree with Crez, my last band used a Class D PA. 1500 watts power amp with a pair of tops and subs. We tried to put everything through and pretty much blew up one of the subs. My bass rig on 2 over powered the PA on full!!!
Also sounded really muddy.
