Advanced Notification of Scheduled Maintenance

Please be informed that we will be performing essential maintenance which will potentially impact your service availability.

We have scheduled a maintenance window between 23:00 (GMT+1), Wednesday 15 August 2007 to 02:00 (GMT+1), Thursday 16 August 2007.

Although we have scheduled a 3 hour maintenance window, we expect to complete this work much quicker. It is expected that there will be a 30 minute network outage, plus a 15 minute outage for each affected server.

During this maintenance window we will:
- resolve connectivity issues affecting a small number of our newest IP ranges;
- add hardware to facilitate enhanced remote access capabilities which will reduce downtime for non hardware related faults;
- make a variety of changes to provide a more scalable and fault-tolerant network.

These essential changes will improve the overall quality and reliability of our service to you.

Whilst we appreciate that any outage is inconvenient, we have taken every care in scheduling this maintenance at an appropriate time. However, please do not hesitate to get in touch (via [email protected]) should you have any queries or concerns regarding this or any other matter.
