But not your last hopefully!

Bought an old neck from Jack, completely unused (How do I know? No holes in it, see!) and a good price too. Cheers buddy!

Bought a cab off of jack - and he even brought it into central for me, most useful. Great deal, great sale, though had to walk back to my office in the rain - bloody weather.

No problems at all, great guy, cheers Jack!

I have only GREAT words for Happy Jack.

It's the second time that I deal with him and the whole deal (trade this time) went perfect, just like the first deal between us. Shame on me that I did not leave positive feedback on the first deal at the time (I was the seller).

1000% trustworthy

Had the pleasure of meeting up with Jack last week to buy his Roscoe Beck V..

For those who don't know, Jack is an absolute gent and his enthusiasm for all things bass is fantastic! We spent so long chatting and discussing gear that 'Mrs Happy Jack' began to get a bit worried... :)

So, just to echo what others have already said about Jack being a great person to deal with and to say thanks Jack for the bass.. Look forward to seeing you at the SE Bash if not before,

Nik

Did a deal with Jack at the weekend for my Roscoe Beck V. Met up and did a dodgy looking deal in a motorway services and I walked away with a cracking Eden head.

Really nice chap, gave me some good advice on cabs and gave me some practical guidance on using the new amp. Highly recommend dealing with Jack.

Many thanks,

Nathan

Jack sold me a lovely '72 Ibanez fretless Precision yesterday, and having rehearsed it for five hours last night, it's a dream, lovely punchy tone and action as easy as butter. Jack's a top guy and really into his basses (something tells me he will be adding a rather nice vintage Jazz to the collection pretty soon).

Highly recommended bloke to deal with

For fear of sounding boring or like a broken record Jack has been a delight to deal with! Nice to see a sense of humour :)

Great comms, the numbers were right and everything went smooth.

Spent a pleasant hour with Jack today picking up a gorgeous Lakland Duck Dunn.

He was kind enough to let me play his AC 5 string which was stunning and Status PJ which was utterly astounding!

Thanks again Jack and if you ever do decide to part with the Status... :)

Two trades with HJ in last month or so for high end basses. Jack is a gent and a stickler for detail (like me). There are two screws I need for the scratchplate. Both reside in a manila envelope that Jack has stored and is in the process of getting to me. Super BassChatter!

I visited Jack with my 8 year old bodyguard a couple of days ago and we were both made very welcome by Jack and his family.

We chatted, played bass, drank coffee and did a deal.

A true credit to basschat and I could not recommend him more highly to you all.

Cheers, Si

I was going to buy something from Jack and then the thing I was going to use with the thing I was going to buy from Jack fell through so I did not buy anything from Jack. Jack was as nice as pie about the whole thing.
