Jon was good enough to answer my questions promptly,and then hold the item for me to suit my cashflow. Communication was great and the [b][i]extemely[/i][/b] thorough packaging saved the day (UPS delivered a torn/dented box). It was a genuine pleasure dealing with Jon... highly recomended! Really well wrapped to protect it. Jon also provided a tracking number so I could folllw its progress.
