Couldn't find one for PTB, so here we go....

Went to Paul's to collect a GS112 and was given a warm welcome, along with much needed coffee. A pleasant conclusion to a pig of a rush hour journey, which I soon forgot about once I arrived at Paul's. Good conversation does make a difference !

Overall, it was a very straightforward transaction with absolutely no fuss or complications. 1st class.

No worries here at all. Thanks Paul, good t meet you !

I needed to get a mystery box delivered quickly to London over the weekend so I posted asking if anyone was travelling from Yorkshire.

Paul was doing a round trip from Croydon to Loughborough on Sunday and offered to take the mystery box and contents (if any?) and hand it over to another bass chatter.

So I took him up on his kind offer and drove to meet him in Loughborough

It was a pleasure to meet Paul and chat for a while.

He's fine, outstanding member of the Basschat community

Thanks again Paul

Keith

Paul bought a rather nice Jazz bass off me this evening. Could not have been a more straightforward deal. PM'd Sunday, agreed meeting place, handover Monday at a mutually convenient place. Only a shame we didn't have much time for a chat (I had to dive out of a rehearsal to hand the bass over). Echoing the comments above, a thoroughly decent bloke to do biz with

Another deal with Paul, this time me purchasing a Barefaced Super 12T cab from him. I`d put up a wanted ad for one of these, Paul responded very quickly, great price, so the deal was made. As he was travelling past mine on a Christmas mission, we met up at an easy place to find and the usual Basschat service station handover was completed. Great transaction all round.
