steve Posted May 27, 2007 Author Share Posted May 27, 2007 blimey, now yer asking, I'm 42, married with 2 kids, full time self employed, my other obsession besides bass is martial arts. i've played bass for about 15 yrs, after playing guitar for about the same lenght of time before hitting a musical brick wall. I play a EBMM bongo4HH which is by far and away the most satisfying bass I've played, along with an early Roscoe LG3000, which is pretty close, and a Cort fretless BFL4. I'm playing into a Pignose B100V all valve combo which sounds lush, when the valves don't crash and burn influences are very difficult to nail down because there are so many, but I'm listening to Muse and Led Zepp currently, and my long term fave is Red Snapper playing in a covers/originals band, we're in the process of recruiting a drummer before we start gigs again doing a mix of new/old rock covers and some of our own. that about covers it I think Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
