  1. Hahaha absolutely right Cameron - senior moment!
  2. Bought second hand, only seen light use, trimming the collection so selling. I’ve not gigged with this myself, just bought it for fun. It’s very light, the neck is slim, active electronics give it loads of tones. I would prefer collection as don’t like couriers but will send if absolutely needs be.
  3. Up for sale is my 1995 Crafted in Japan Fender Jazz 1962 Reissue in Olympic white with matching headstock. It looks amazing and plays great. Everything is working perfectly, truss rod turns freely, pickups, bridge and electrics are original. This was originally a fotoflame finish but, as is their way, the finish cracked badly so it’s been stripped back and professionally refinished in nitrocellulose Olympic white. The headstock has been finished in matching white and the decal, although replaced, has no visible lines. It’s had an after market 4 ply 62 tort reissue pickguard fitted too. For those people who prefer a lightweight instrument, it’s great - I’m not sure on the exact weight as I don’t have scales but it’s the lightest bass I’ve ever gigged with. The nitro finish is starting to come through now, as displayed on the pics - this will age really nicely soon with some more gigging action! I can send via courier at the buyers expense or anyone is more than welcome to come and try it here in Middlesbrough.
  4. 1979 Musicman Stingray - £1550.00 Selling this beast which I bought from bass direct about a year ago for £1750.00. It's class but sees very little action as I play a P bass almost exclusively live. The Moses Graphite Neck is very comfortable, well fitted and plays like a Jazz neck in terms of the profile. Comes with a hard case and the original fitting plate for the neck and screws etc. I can send at the buyers expense if you like, or anyone is more than welcome to come and try it for themselves here in Middlesbrough.
  5. Well actually, it's not at all bloody funny, it's highly inconvenient seeing as gigging resumes for me at the end of May... I've had this amp head for four years, it's always been great. Out of the blue a week ago, half way through me practicing at home it started making a very high pitched continuous buzz. In fact it's more of a squeel. It gets louder when I turn the amp up. An electrician friend of mine opened it up, he's always fixed things for me before (PA systems, dodgy pedals, tone pots, etc etc) but has said he can't find the problem. Can anyone help, or point me in the direction of someone who can? I'm in Middlesbrough. Thanks all.
  6. Hi buddy, just came across your thread. It's not a jazz, but has a roadworn jazz neck fitted... it's not sunburst, but it's nitro (P Bass Lacquer body) and great spec. The 62 RI pick ups are my favourite touch, they were worth every penny, I've put them in every Fender I've ever owned.

  7. Yeah, but my god they are UGLY things! Thanks for the suggestion though.
  8. Thanks Reggaebass and thanks CameronJ, taking a look!
  9. Thanks Ped, no more than £1000.00 really - Sadowsky out the window for sure haha!
  10. That's a short scale isn't it BurnsBass? Thanks for the reply...also looks to be PJ pickup config?
