    No. I was pointing to the video for sound references. Mine has the exact same specs but is an October 2022 model and I have currently in the US.

    Yes, correct, and as such, reflected in a much lower price than it would cost to buy one directly and ship and import it to the UK/Europe. I might be able to deliver it myself within the UK in a couple of months if someone is happy to buy it and wait.

    Hope you find your bass. Hermes (now Evri) also stole a Sadowsky bass from me. They've been completely unresponsive and difficult to reach and unfortunately the seller, Bax-shop.co.uk, has been completely uncooperative. I'll create a separate topic on it. Good luck!

    It's supply and demand, basic economics, determining current prices. How much will it cost you to have one in 3 years is irrelevant if you want one today. It's not too different from buying a vintage Fender (how do you determine "value") and I presume it's going to be the same for Stenback basses - most people will be unable to get accepted on the current 4-5 year waiting list. Think it's a very fair price compared to the ones on offer in the US. Less than what it would take to ship and import one into Europe in 3 years time. I did have a Jazz 5 from them which was very nice, although I do think their P basses are their top product.

    Offering my Moollon P-Classic bass as thinning out my P bass collection (I mainly play jazz basses). These are usually going for over $4k in the US and have a 3-4 year waiting list for new orders. Considered by many to be the best substitutes for pre-CBS basses (together with Olinto) at a fraction of the price; used by players such as Tim Lefebvre, Michael League, Scott Divine, Richard Bona, and Jonathan Maron. It's in very good condition and has not been played much. The ultra thin nitro finish is starting to check/crack in some places as expected, no scratches - same as in vintage nitro painted Fenders.     Hear you, but I’m pretty confident that it’s Brazilian rosewood. I just took some pictures of the fingerboard in good light. Your Paduk fingerboard is lighter coloured than mine with a different pattern.     This is my L series 1965 Fender P bass This bass is simple the best P of its age I have ever come across. Not only is is a really good one in terms of aesthetics but its got an incredible action and its super light and resonant. 3.5 Kg / 7.8 Lbs Everything is original down to the last screw and it's all complete including hard case. The sunburst is bright, the frets are original and in great condition having been on flats its whole life. The fretboard is something else. Gorgeous figured rosewood and there is a bit of flame in the neck. This bass, given its quality could sell for bit more but think I'm being realistic. It has one chip in the lower horn at the back and flaking of the chrome on one knob. Other than that a few minor dinks and rubs but nothing through the paint.     Sold my Fbass to Will in the Netherlands. Second transaction I've done with him. Great communication coming to a quick agreement and funds were sent immediately. Highly recommended!
