1. Hi again, I'd be able to come to London late next week (thurs/fri) if you're about? Where abouts in London do you live?
 2.
Hi I'm in the market for a decent bass and would be interested in viewing, if you still have it when you move to Bristol. Ive been learning on a cheap entry model but really want something better. I'm on holiday now for 2 weeks from Momday and then plan to sell a couple of bass guitars on ebay to fund a new DB so will give you a shout at the end of August if ok ? Cheers
Hey Brewster, There's some interest in London but if it doesn't sell, feel free to give me call Cheers
 3. I'm selling my 'Artia' double bass imported from Germany by Boosey and Hawkes around 1983. It's a great bass if you're looking to start out on upright, much better than the ebay tat from China. I bought this double bass in 2006 from Pete Tyler of Tyler basses. Since then I've had the action lowered, a new bridge, endpin (screw attached endpin rubber bung) and new soundpost fitted. And the fingerboard has been sanded for a more even finish. Its laminated and solidly built. Soundwise, it's a dark, round sound - I've played mainly jazz but have had D'addario Helicore hybrid strings fitted for classical. It comes with a sturdy soft case, K&K Max bass pickup, Nyman Harts Rosin and a bow (not the best bow in the world but a bow none the less!). I'll even chuck in an old copy of the Simandl Bass method book, a complete upright starter kit. £1000 It's in East London at present until the 22nd of Aug, if you want to come and try it out. After that it will be in Swindon/Bristol Photos can be found here, http://www.flickr.co...N00/6001531321/ Cheers

 6.
Argh, this is killing me. Just about my perfect 5 string. Is there nothing in my collection that I can tempt you with (multiple items even)? Trying to sell a couple of things to raise the funds, but nothings shifting....
Sorry mate, struggling to raise funds myself so need the dollar
 7.
Bummer! Well, time to try and shift some basses.......... After years of hunting, I've realised that my perfect bass comes down to either a Sandberg Ken Taylor, or a Human Base BaseX.oc5... and £700 is a nice price for a Sandy.
Certainly is, especially as I paid just shy of 1.5k for it! I spent a lot of time looking for the right bass too - wanted the spacing between the fretboard and pickups to be just right etc. unfortunately I'm not playing my 5 strings enough
 8.
Is this for sale only, or would you consider any trades + cash if necessary?
Sale only I'm afraid. Have edited the post
 9. Hi, I bought this new from Sandberg back in 2006, very lightly used and in excellent condition. The body is either mahogony or ash (please see photo of Sandberg label to see if you can read the handwriting!) with an Imbuia topwood finish. It feaures Sandberg's 3 band active, with a push/pull on the volume for passive mode. 2 musicman style Delano hummbuckers. Any style easily achieved. Comes with Sandberg softcase (super comfy carrying handle! ) Looking for £700 + P&P. No trades. Sorry Thanks for looking
