I finally ordered myself a Hurley Virtuoso pup from the USA .i feel my K&kbassmax is to boomy . if readers remember i had trouble with the first Hurley order not turning up . anyway a missed card was left today and it looks like i am having to pay £14.70 customs charge on the thing before i can pick it up from the post office. Surly it cant be all that? The pup only cost £34 including p&p, if my maths is right that feels like a 50000% customs charge

They wont give you your money back, thats what i asked for. i told them i had lost all faith in their product and all that ........ but no they wouldnt play ball. you would have thought they would know about this problem by now. i even emailed them the link to this site for them to have a look.

Hi received a new combo back from thomann 10 days ago. I suppose that’s the downside of buying things from overseas. I was left without any amp for over a month I wasn’t happy at all as we had gigs to cover. Luckily I borrowed a mate’s amp. I did suggest a temp replacement to thomanns but to no avail. Even though I am fairly happy with the sound of the amp after this experience I wouldn’t buy such a big item like this from abroad again.

if it was a real auction you wouldnt be able to do that , flebay should put a stop to it.
