For sale: a Trace Elliott GP7SM200 amp. It's a 200W old style amp, green front but in a vinyl finish not carpet. It's 8 ohms with that powerful, classic Trace sound. I bought it 9 months ago but the cab that came with it was stolen, so I’ve barely used it. It's in great working order as I was checking out cabs recently at live volumes but couldn't find anything I fancied. I’ve replaced with a 300w Trace head and matching cab that came as a package so this amp is now surplus to requirements. South Manchester area.

It's not the biggest of the contra bass collection but it's a beautiful instrument.

Lightweight 200w Gallien Krueger MB115 bass combo for sale, in south Manchester area. At only 20kg, this combo can be carried with one hand and is ideal for rehearsal and small gigs. It has a great range of eq boosters, gain and tone controls that allows for a wide variety of bass sounds. The combo’s about two years old and in great condition. I bought it from a guy who'd never gigged it. I’ve had it six months and used it for two club gigs and half a dozen rehearsals.

Lightly gigged for past few years with new roundwound strings. It’s a recent import from Ukraine (circa 2007). Tunes as normal bass EAD. Slight chip in bottom beading but well cared for. Floor-shaking acoustic instrument, measuring 3' across base. Balances on metal spike which retracts into body. Cumbersome but manageable, with custom-made waterproof gig zipper bag included.
