Okay - plenty of people interested but requiring postage ... sorry - going to insist on collection, *or* I will drive within a 40 mile radius of CW6 to deliver for a tenner (petrol money). The courier charges are ridiculously high - they are such heavy & bulky items.

Cab had been used as a scratching post by the cat one night and the carpeting is coming off in one patch on the rear left edge (pictured), hence the price. Both in fully working order. Collection only please (they're big & heavy!), Cheshire CW6 area. Selling due to giving up the bass.

It's not feasible at the moment - but I am going to Birmingham and Ripon in the next few days so can possibly meet up en route from Cheshire with anyone interested in buying it.

This is an absolutely cracking piece of kit, when I tried it out I played alongside a US Jazz Bass (which it was the most comparable to) and some of the Mexican and Japanese reissue and deluxe series and it just ran rings around them, really crisp, clear and punchy but can get deep down and dirty with a bit of roll off on the tone, seemingly has an infinite sustain and it really does sound like a good Jazz Bass should. It's a good weight as it is a solid Ash body (will give exact weight upon request.) The neck is perfectly straight, feels very slim at 35.5mm at the nut and quick to manoeuvre around has those big black blocks on it which just makes it stand out a mile and looks very cool in my opinion and the action is absolutely superb.
