1. Hahah, sorry brother, I'm from Portugal alright. Not that far, just a 2 hour plane ride for that lovely lady. I was already looking for one locally, but used ones are scarce. German stores as you may have mentioned, are flooded with backorders. I should have the funds for this in a couple of weeks time, I will need to sell a Squier P bass V for this to happen.
2. Severely interested. Just need time to raise the money. Would you ship to PT?
3.
hi, yes, i still have this bass:)
Whats your current bid on it friend?
4.
bump
Woa, do you still have this bass for sale? It's been selling for years.
5. This post cannot be displayed because it is in a forum which requires at least 1 post to view.
6. Hey there, if I manage to sell my source Audio envelope filter, would you ship to Portugal? I can offer the source audio in a trade if you have any interest as well. Cheers.
7. The biggest changes will be effects wise, I think dubstep opened a new trend for bass sound. We'll probably see more developments into digital, high quality stomps, and the continued rise in quality of lower budget instruments. I can see the asian market booming on middle to high priced instruments as well. some woods will be banned/extinct/replaced by sinthetic alternatives. Hey you never know, 10 years ago I used to wonder when a major brand would release a 7 string bass. Ibanez did that a few months back!
8.
My Squier P is an '89 IIRC. It plays and sounds as nice as most Ps I've tried.
Does the serial start with S9? If so it should be built by Samick. The bass does look good and looks almost identical to jap Squiers, altough I'm not sure on the neck finish. 170 euros is a good price, should drop it a bit.
9. S what's the word on those? I see a lot of good talk, and recently played a japanese Silver Series Squier. All can say is wow, they REALLY don't make them like they used to. But, what about this mode in particular? An S9 (1989 samick produced) Korean Squier P? http://melres.olx.pt/vendo-baixo-fender-squier-precision-bass-iid-440268373 Is the build quality considered inferior on these?
10. I'm guessing that bass is pretty beaten up? Still, a good outsourced luthier could save you some, I guess.
11. It's not two tone, the pictures up on that website are kind of mixed up...the page is rather poor, gladly, the basses are not. USA could "steal" some cool ideas from them, I'd like to see more Geddy Lee quality Fenders for under 1000€
12. I have one of those really close by with a friend. Time to give it a try I guess.
13. http://www.fenderjapan.co.jp/ajb_le.html Just wow.
14. Woa, ain't the SQ basses like, the dinossaurs of all Squier existence?
15. http://valongo-valongo.olx.pt/baixo-iid-438215777 Foggy picture doesn't show the details on the headstock...could this be an old japanese squier?
