1. Maaaaan, I'm only down the road in Dublin... If this thing was the 4 Ohm, I'd have had your hand off. GLWTS!
2. For the Memteq, looks like the power supply itself is isolated, but each individual output isn't. The Joyo battery pack looks handy - I've got the Pedaltrain version of the same thing. Works fine, noise free. Would only work if your tuner daisy chains though... http://www.pedaltrain.com/volto/
3. How the hell are you s'posed to play it? Hang a strap off the tuning pegs?
4. Awww goddamnit... Have a "was the best DI I've ever owned"-type bump... If this sticks around for any length of time, I may be forced to buy it back
5. Green Rhino SOLD. Open to offers on the Puss before it goes on the dreaded Bay...
6. Bump, and a price drop... £150 for the Supa Puss, £60 for the Rhino
7. Having a bit of a pedal clearout, so here go two that have been on my board for ages. Time for a change, though I may regret this... Here are two of Jeorge Tripps' best inventions. The Supa Puss is the big brother of the Aqua Puss bucket brigade delay, this time with tap tempo, a gain and tone knob for the repeats (crucial for bass applications), and speed and depth controls for the vibrato-esque modulation. Goes from slapback to pristine repeats, all the way to spaceship noises. Plus has some fun digital options on top of the analog signal path - check out 3'36" onwards: https://www.youtube....h?v=WW_fVjfaYvc The Green Rhino is the first one with the external trim pots for mid sweep and 100Hz cut/boost (for a bass player, that just means "boost"). A TS clone without the usual loss of low end. I used it for pushing a tube amp or a MOSFET preamp, but it'll work great as a standalone low to mid-gain OD. The Supa Puss is in very good condition with the box. The Rhino has a few marks from a previous owner, but is in perfect working order. Supa Puss: £170 - Green Rhino: £70 Both inc. UK delivery (or pickup for Belfast) Cheers!
8. Just saw one of these go for £160 on here, so I'll match that price - now £160 delivered
9. Evening all... As part of an effects pedal clearout, I'll be getting rid of my trusty VT Bass Deluxe. Does a brilliant impression of any of Ampeg's classic amps, from Flip-top Jameson thump to roaring ricking SVT grind. Without killing your back. All-analog signal path with the ability to save 6 patches digitally. This has been the mainstay of my live sound for several years, but as I've switched to acoustic, best if someone else has a go... Full working order. Has some easily-removable velccro on the bottom and some small cosmetic marks. Has bee kept on a pedal board when not in use. Priced for a quick sale before it goes on the dreaded 'Bay. £180 delivered anywhere in the UK. PM me for a postage quote further afield. Grab a bargain. Spec from Ampeg's site: The Deluxe version of the SansAmp VT Bass features a combination of a warm, all-analog signal path and convenient digital recall. There are 6 program locations and dual inputs for two instruments to be on-line, ready to go. Create three custom tones for each input or use all six locations for a single instrument. And you can program the FX loop to engage your favorite effect each time a so-designated preset is selected. Super simple to operate, changes can easily be made on the fly --without having to refer to the owner’s manual. You just turn the knobs to a setting you like, double click on a footswitch and it’s saved in that channel. You can custom tweak and program six of your personal sounds, from vintage clean to gnarly overdrive to crushing distortion. Actual size: 9-7/8"L x 5-1/4"W x 2-1/4"H.
