My volume knob cracked off on my RH450, I contacted Real Electronics, and they were able to supply me a full set of replacement knobs and I was able to do the swap myself with no mention by them about voiding the warranty. They simply just slide on, without the need to take the front off. Have just recently noticed my Preset 1 button has a small hairline crack in it, does anyone have a contact for someone at TC who sorted this out before?
