  1. Hi basschattters, I am looking to upgrade the bridge on my American Series P-bass (as the saddles are not very solid), but can't seem to find what I'm looking for. My American Jazz has an amazing, no problem kinda bridge (pictured below), with grooves under the saddles. After hours of research, I can only seem to find bridges which don't have grooves under the saddles, or really bulky bridges such as Goloh and Badass. I would buy the American Standard bridge, but it won't fit on the p-bass, as it is a 5 screw bridge. I'd ideally like a bridge with the same dimensions as a standard Fender on the plate, with grooves under the saddles. If anyone knows of any bridges, ideas, etc, it would be greatly appreciated! 2. Thank you, I see what you mean from YouTube video's. I'll try and find a shop which has it in stock, give it a test drive.
  3. Hello Basschat.co.uk, I am currently looking into buying a synth pedal. After a lot of research, I have become a tad lost with many options the market has to offer, and in need of some advise. I'm trying to emulate a late 70's funk bass, synth sound. A good example of the tone I'm looking for is from Michael Jackson's, 'Shake your body to the ground'. I am currently trying to develop my knowledge of effect pedals as I only use overdrive (on occasion), a EQ pedal for slapping and the essential boss tuner. Kind regards Jordan
