1. Not interested in any trades at the moment as only reason I'm selling is I need the cash.
2. Price drop to 450 For sale I have a 2004 Gibson Les Paul Studio Plus in the trans red finish with the flame top and gold hardware. The studio plus model is a cut above the standard studio model in terms of build quality with high-grade figured maple top, gold hardware, and classic Kluson tuners. Reason for the low price is the guitar has had the neck/headstock reinforced by a professional luthier after a crack about four years ago (see pics). Although this does make the neck/headstock stronger now than it was before as Gibson studios are notorious for having weak necks. The guitar looks amazing with the trans red finish and has all the tonality and playability you would expect from a Gibson at a reduced price due to the neck work. Other than that has a couple scuffs from wear over time you can see in the photos; nothing major. This is a guitar to be played!! This is great value for a Gibson Studio Plus that looks and plays amazing! Comes with fitted hardshell case. "The Gibson folks were excited about the introduction of this new product and rightly so. The Gibson Les Paul Studio Plus is one great humbucker guitar! It is lighter, less expensive, sounds like a premium Les Paul and has a killer look. What else do you want?" - worldsbestguitarsblogpsot
3. 2007 Gibson 'Guitar of the week'. http://www.gibson.co...f%20the%20week/
4. Thanks for your comment and the bump neepheid! I'll be gutted if I have to sell it but I need the cash and I'm not playing with the band or working on any music at the moment so it doesn't see any action these days! If I still have it after a few weeks I might be able to just keep it which would be great! But yeah I know what you mean; just plug and play, I never used any effects or amps with this when playing live, just a good clean DI straight into the desk with a split from the DI into an amp on stage to serve as a monitor and let the bass speak for itself; beautiful!
