Posh mod

Heavysol are a Leicester based mod band that have been performing at pubs, clubs, venues, scooter rallies and festivals for the last 2 and a half years. In that time, the band have garnered a reputation for our quality live performance, our passion for the genre and our professional attitude. This has earned us a loyal fan base and invitations to play at some great events and venues across the country. We have some really exciting gigs in the diary for 2015 already and need a new bassist to be on board, up to speed with our full repertoire approaching 50 songs from the likes of the jam, the small faces, the who, OCS etc and raring to go! You will need to be committed and available for regular gigging and rehearsal, experienced player with live bands, own transport and able to travel, good quality equipment preferably in keeping with the genre, and passionate about all things mod. Bassist needed for experienced mod covers band. Guitars, drums and vocals on board, just need a Bruce foxton / John entwistle to complete the lineup. Bookings and Gigs in diary for 2014 already including festivals. We have assembled a significant set of songs by artists such as The jam, small faces, the who, the kinks, and are always adding new songs to freshen up the set.
