Beautiful classic bass in great condition. Bought from Jay-Syncro of this parish last year, superb instrument but my dream bass arrived shortly after so this is not getting much playtime and time to pass it on to someone who will give it the attention it deserves. Here's what Jay wrote: "A lovely 80's made in Japan Ibanez Musican bass complete with a Hiscox flight case. This bass is extremely well built and features neck through construction, 24 fret ebony board, lightweight hardware and active electronics. It plays wonderfully with a recent set of Ernie Ball flats and a med/low action. It sounds great! Bad points are it has some superficial lacquer checking/dings/missing finish etc but nothing out of the ordinary for an instrument that has been used for 40 years or so! Also the bridge pickup seems to have a lower output than the neck for some reason. With the pickup pan pot balanced or favouring the neck you'd never notice it, but mentioning for clarity. I have considered modernising the pickups/preamp but IMO it sounds great as it is. A wonderful instrument." The bass is as above, photos attached show the condition and some zooms on the dings. Weight on my bathroom scales is 4.25kg. Happy to arrange shipping at buyer's cost or arrange a meetup within reasonable range.

Cute little combo which I bought to have a missus-acceptable practice amp in the living quarters. Change in circumstances means it's no longer needed! Good working order and overall condition apart from a split in the oak facing which looks like a thermal crack - doesn't affect the sound and could be glued to make less visible. Open back design with space for mains cable stowage. Dimensions (cm) H35 x W43 x D26. Weight 10.2kg. Happy to pack up and post at buyer's cost - I do also get around the country a certain amount as well and might be able to arrange a meetup. Cheers!

Cute but muscly little combo which I've decided to move on due to change of circumstances. Features a beefy 10" speaker (8 ohm) and tweeter in tiltable cabinet, with a 500(watts)@ 4 ohm /250(watts) @ 8 ohms class D fully detachable head. 6 band graphic eq, bass, treble and vintage tone controls, speakon & 1/4 inch jack speaker outputs, xlr out, headphone out, tuner out, foot switch in. All working well and overall great clean condition, a few scuffs on the corners especially bottom front (see pics) where a previous owner relocated the feet. Weight is 12.7kg (bathroom scales) and the whole thing slides neatly into a funky cubic gig bag. Basschat review here:

This is a brilliant amp and bargain basement price, lovely warm valve preamp which is also incredibly quiet and great for recording, plenty of grunt... despite my skepticism about class D, I end up using mine for most live work and that's competing with Eden and Trace old school beasts...
