  1. Think he's been too busy painting the Danish flag on roundabouts to bother picking the chisel up tbh.
  2. Tbh I'd just get the Ibanez Mikro, they're dirt cheap used and you can upgrade it as you see fit. They have a lot of fans on here, generally regarded as solid basses which punch well above their weight.
  3. Tanglewood also did a 30" Elfin bass, I have one. It's loads of fun but like a lot of 30" scale basses it's still close enough in length to a full size bass to be cumbersome. It doesn't fit in a guitar gigbag like my Ibanez EHB does.
  4. Not true. If you watch this video in its entirety you'll definitely see some brbr dengs in there.
  5. He shoulda learned to brbr deng instead of becoming progressively worse at singing then.
  6. Try a Genz Shuttle if you see one on the used market, I played through the 10" combo and it was super clear (a little too much for me at the time!) and more than loud enough. Highs were crisp and the lows were fat but tight. The head detaches from the combos so this might be worth checking out if you're near Herts: There's also the more powerful/larger combo here: Also worth trying a Markbass F1 or F500 if you see a used one, very neutral sounding and built to last.
  7. If these were for 19mm I'd have bought them already, love Big Splits!
  8. Ryan's sound was so intertwined with what you expect from a Warwick, he was all over the mix in the best way imaginable so this was kinda inevitable when he switched to a more polite sounding bass. Him leaving Warwick is probably a half decent advert for them tbh, get a Thumb or sound like your nan.
  9. Quite a nice bit of wood on that fretboard as well.
  10. Mis-sold as a newer version, missing accessories, shoved in a random box with no packing so turns up faulty and they want you to record a little video for them? Link them to the thread.
  11. You only find out how good retailers are when something goes wrong tbh, any idiot can stick something in a box and take your money in exchange. Well maybe not the guy who packed your amp but the point still stands.
  12. Having to send a video to show a damaged item is out of order IMO, as is sending the amp out packed like that in the first place. Tell them they can make their own video when they receive the amp back. Poor service so far from G4M here.
  13. Just spotted these, seller looks genuine. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/357384922228

  14. I would take it to someone else, that looks like it closes up just fine so shouldn't be a particularly difficult job.
  15. The 600w Warwick Gnome iPro is also an option, about £350 as well which might be appealing if you're using it as a stopgap:
