    feedback for Deedee

Met with Dan today to purchase his Sandberg bass. My first purchase off the forum and what a great experience it was too. Dan is an absolute gentleman and met me as arranged, on time and his Comms were great through the whole process. The bass is fantastic and I am one very satisfied customer. Thumbs up to a great seller! 😃

  5. [quote name='Matt P' timestamp='1496748281' post='3313577'] What about our very own AndyJr1515 ? it might be a few months before he has the time to work on it, but judging by the quality of his past work i'd expect this to be a fairly simple job for him and the result should be awesome, he's based in Derby i think. I never realised people offered this sort of modding.
  6. I bought a Precision fretless bass back in 1978 and had the instrument modified in 1983 to extend the rosewood fingerboard up to the pickup. The extended piece was made of ebony. I was a big Dill Katz fan at the time, hence the mod. The finger board is now pretty rough and chewed up from all the years of playing so I was considering having the whole thing replaced for an ebony version that again will extend across the body to the pickup. Does anyone know if there is a luther in the west-midlands who could do this sort of work? Having just been made redundant I don't have a shed load of cash to splash, but I would like to put the old girl back in to good shape.
  7. Please can you put up some photos. (I'm seriously interested in this bass)
