Thanks guys - I don't feel too bad about trying to get near to the sounds now ! It sounded like a 5 string to me but I'm new at these effects.

Anybody know recommend pedals and settings to get the bass sounds used on Don't Stop Believin by Journey and Black Velvet by Alanna Myles?
