  1. Fender Precision Lyte 1996. 50th Anniversary. I believe this is the deluxe model. Made in Japan. The bass is in great condition, plays and sounds great too. Control knobs have been replaced at some stage, hardware shows some wear but looking good for the age. A brand new Fender gig bag is included. Strap locks fitted which will be included as well as the original strap buttons. Pots for volume, bass cut/boost, mid cut/boost, treble cut/boost and rotary P/J pickup selector, with enough tonal diversity for any style of music. The bass was originally purchased from Cranes music in Cardiff and comes with the original receipt. I have only just noticed on the headstock a small hairline crack in the lacquer across the grain of the wood.( Hardly noticeable and not structural but wanted to point it out.) I have adjusted the price accordingly. A fantastic small lightweight bass - a great buy for someone. I am more into short scale so this just doesn’t get used and it’s such a waste just sitting there. Year- 1996 Fender Japan. Body Basswood. Body finish Black Neck finish satin. Neck maple. Fretboard rosewood. Scale length-34”. Electronics-Active. Pickups-PJ Weight -7. 1 pounds Price includes UK UPS shipping
  2. I am reluctantly putting up for sale my Ibanez EHB1000S in Sea Foam Green. The bass has been well cared for and only been occasionally gigged and as a result it is in very good condition. The OEM Bartolini pickups have been upgraded with Aguilar DCBs. This is a solderless conversion (see photo) using connector blocks, making it easy to reverse, or fit a different set of pickups. In addition to the Aguilar pickups, the plastic knobs have been replaced with metal ones. It will come in its original shipping box and gigbag. Also the ramp and original knobs as well as the Ibanez hang tag. Condition wise neck, frets and fretboard are all perfect as far as I can see. The body is perfect too. A testament to the way it has been cared for. I feel it is fairly priced given the upgrades and the current market value. The full spec can be found here on the Ibanez website: https://www.ibanez.com/na/products/detail/ehb1000s_1p_02.html Briefly it is a 30” scale, extremely ergonomically designed instrument. Plenty of contours and a super light chambered body mean you can play it for hours without discomfort. It balances really well on a strap with no perceivable neck dive. It’s 41mm at the nut, so it’s not going to feel cramped, if you like a P Bass but because the neck profile is quite a shallow D, those of us with short fingers don’t struggle either. An advantage of the headless design is you use standard length strings, clamp them and then cut off the excess. This means you have a much greater choice of strings for a shorty and you don’t have to pay the short scale premium. UK shipping available. I use UPS next day service.
  3. Now Sold Beautiful bass with supermodel looks. Bought this from Mattbass a while back for a specific show. Is absolutely did the job and it’s now time to go to another home. This is fully set up, in immaculate condition (no dings, dents or scratches) with upgraded Hi Mass genuine Fender bridge, Fender knobs, custom mirror scratch plate and a new set of LaBella 45-105 stainless steel strings. The neck is true and straight, with a lovely low action. This plays and sounds amazingly well. I have priced this very realistically. Open to trades to the value of 280-300 and willing to pay extra. also can ship in the UK. Grab a beautiful bass while you can. This is definitely the best squier I have ever played. The Vintage Modified basses are spot on, and in my opinion, so much better than the current Classic Vibe range.
