I purchased a Modulus Flea Bass from them a few years back and not only did they do me a great deal to help with import duties/shipping costs etc the customer service was fantasic. Beaver Felton was a real pleasure to deal with and I would recommend Bass Central anytime!

If your really stuck for finding one for free locally check out Pack N' Move. A google search should bring up their website and they do a tall thin box ideal for shipping a bass in a gig bag. Its a bit pricey though, especially for delivery.

Another vote for Tye Zamora of Alien Ant Farm, if you haven't give these guys a chance then your definitely missing some great basslines/tracks. Check out these songs: Tia Lupé - Latin influenced song with some good fretless playing (good bass fill at about 1:30) Never Meant - Some great use of harmonics S.S Recognise - Some good solid 16th note riffing and a bit of slap towards the end There's loads more I could suggest as this guy is just a great player!

Hey All, I'd firstly just like to say I really hope that BassChat succeeds, it seems as though a lot of hardwork has gone into keeping this community together so it deserves every success. My old BassWorld/BassTalk username was AndyMusic but I just fancied a change for the new forum! Anyway, a little about me, I've been playing bass for around 6 years and I'm mostly self taught. Into all kinds of music, everything from Rock to Motown, Funk to Punk, and everything in between (just try to keep an open mind).
