I bought this from Thomann a couple of years ago. It's been played out on a few gigs but not much. Mostly its been a studio bass. I had it strung with D'Addario half rounds and setup by a great luthier from Bolton called Phil Hartley who dressed the fretboard and got it sounding even better than it did out of the box. All this cost quite a lot so I'm taking a bit of a financial hit but its not getting played so has to go! Its a great sounding instrument and a bit of a bargain I reckon! £350 cash on collection only I'm afraid as I haven't got a case to send it in and would rather not trust couriers. For sale my recently refurbished CODA R combo III with additional CONTRA II extension cab. The amp comes with a [color=#282828][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]Mooradian padded gig bag.[/font][/color] I have owned these for 6 years from new (bought direct from Overwater) and they have been great - I just fancy a change. There are some slight scuff marks on the back of the CODA and the carpet covering on the CONTRA is a little worn (what you might expect for the age of the cab) In November 2012 the CODA had a brand new pre amp board supplied by Overwater and sounds fantastic. They are great amps especially for double bass which is my main instrument. Looking for £550 for the lot collected. The amps go for well over a grand new and the gig bag alone is [color=#282828][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]£120.00 new. [/font][/color]I'm based in Manchester.
