Total Watts

  1. Yes but the point is they offer these extras at much lower price level
  2. Worth mentioning that these have stainless steel frets like the US Music Man basses and unlike Ernie Ball, Sire produces the HS configuration.
  3. Hi All, As it says, Jim Dunlop Super Bright 45/125 Stainless Steel NEW/Unopened strings for sale £40 posted. Thanks, Best, Hoff
  4. I played DJ5s a few times and if you like the jazz sound and feel this is an absolute deal. The neck is rock solid with graphite bars in them.
  5. I remember back in the 2000s when first tried these at the Musikmesse in Frankfurt. I was totally blown away by the quality and playability. especially when I compared these to the Fender American Vintage 75 jazz. Fenders were overpriced with crap setup and some QC faults, but Bacchus basses were impeccable. This money is a steal for a high-end jazz. GLWTS
  6. You can easily have these modified with upgraded electronics. I bet an East or Aguilar pre with a parallel/ series switch on the chrome plate this would be a tone monster.
  7. Agree, an insanely good price for this monster.
  8. Hope so. This Sad has been on their website among tonnes of half priced Chinese made for quite a long time and they cannot move it. They still want to stick to this high price, but I assume too at some point they have to drop it. This series is gone and will not have a revival year like any classic Stingray, Sabre, or 60s jazzes etc.. It is exceptional bass, but kinda dead. For 1500 you could get a G&L USA or Sandberg with much higher resale value.
  9. I know, they've been trying to sell it for around 1500 (the only one I found). They should drop the price with a further 20 % then it would sell.
  10. Great video. I prefer the Sadowsky for the even tone and guess higher built quality
  11. All correct, and just one thing to add. There was no QC issue with MIJ Metroexpress but rather production on a larger scale and distribution. Warwick seemed to be the best solution for Roger as they have all the facilities in Germany and China and massive distribution capacity and connections (Thomann etc...) I am sad to see the MIJ Metroexpress go as they a way better construction than the Chinese ones. The headstock logo was the same ,the hardware and electronics also, and the necks had graphite bars....All of them gone now and it is super hard to find any used for sale.
  12. This is superb construction IMO and 100% Japanese.Top deal. Why is this still here?
  13. Holy s….!This is a killer tool.Graphite necks sound just perfect with MM humbuckers…
  14. Might be a preorder, and you can put your greedy hands on it in 2037😁
