1. It's an SKB powered board. 500mA. I've ditched the second chorus and that seems to have sorted it. Annoying though, as I wanted to add a few more!
 2. Hi All! Wondered if anyone has any experience with pedals that don't seem to work in combination with each other. My issue is this: I have an SKB powered board with the following lineup: Bass --> Boss Volume Pedal --> Palmer octaver --> Big Muff --> Mooer bass sweeper envelope filter --> TC Corona Chorus --> Tomsline Chorus (need 2 different chorus sounds available!) --> Mooer Shimverb Rever pedal I only just added the Shimverb, and ever since I did, after playing for about 5mins, the Shimverb signal cuts out (LED on but no sound, fine when bypassed), and the Corona just stops working completely, no LED or effect at all. The other chorus develops a distorted sound. The other pedals still work fine! Everything works fine independently, and the problem goes away when I get rid of the Shimverb - what is happening and can I do anything without ditching the reverb altogether? Suggestions welcome! Thanks!
 3.
I think you're thinking of the American Deluxe QMT / FMT.
+1 They were nice
 4.
less of a rip off, compared to the fender mark king series discussed earlier on BC...
Will have a look!
 5. Yeah they're Korean - I've got a 5 string version. Not awful - does the job for £300
 6. "They stopped making these after 2009, so it's officially a collectors item. In that case, I have an X reg Escort going for £10,000 if anyone's interested?
 7. Hi Guys, Just spotted this on ebay: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Fender-Jazz-Bass-24-Fret-Deluxe-No-longer-made-collectors-item-/290879162705?pt=UK_Musical_Instruments_Guitars_CV&hash=item43b9bfc951 Now - I have one of this and paid £300 - I am right in thinking it's NOT worth £1500 right?
 8. This is also on ebay so subject to change/removal. Bumpety.
 9. Hi! For sale is this Vintage fretless four string bass. I've had this for about 2 years - hasn't seen any gigging action and is taking up space so needs a new home. The specs are as follows:

Body: Bubinga
Neck: Maple – Bolt On
Fingerboard: Rosewood
Scale: 34 inches/864mm
Tuners: Wilkinson WJB150
Bridge: Adjustable /Raised Tail
Pickups: Wilkinson Split Coil x 1/ JZ x 1 (M)WPBE500 (B)WPBE900
Hardware: Black
Controls: 1 x Volume/ 1 x Balance/ Active EQ/ Bass/ Treble
The only issue with this bass is that some of the pots need a clean - can be a bit crackly. Would benefit from some new strings. It's a nice, well built instrument and probably good if you're switching over to fretless and don't want to spend too much. Comes with a beautiful, manky old ritter case and faux-leather strap! These were going for about £250 new a few years ago - seem to not be around new. Looking for in the region of £150 ono. Collect from Redditch (J3A M42) or could meet within 20miles at buyer's expense. Would rather not post but if you're desperate I could do it for £25. Any questions, fire away! 10. What's going on with this! Mental
 11.
I'm not a big fan of Ashdown anyway but I doubt a 2x10 of any brand would easily compete with 2 guitarists in a metal band with no PA support. You should check out 2x12s, they'll have a bit more oomph without a huge price tag.
I had one of these and used it for a number of years on lots of gigs...I found it very surprisingly loud considering it only packs 260W in real terms. You could always look at a MAG115 to go with it...they're fairly reasonably priced. The MAG gear is decent value and pretty well built in my opinion - it just lacks a little of the finesse and real thick bottom of some higher end gear. It served me very well in small venues for about 3yrs. Good luck on your hunt!
 12.
I think that`s down to Eden cabs being very loud. My 8 ohm Eden Nemesis 410 was easily the loudest cab I`ve had, by far. The same amp I use with my two Barefaced cabs on 4 or 5, I couldn`t use through the Eden on more than 3, 3.5 pushing it, as it would overpower everyone else in the band.
You say this as if it's a bad thing (My inner guitarist bursting to get out)
 13. I just swapped 2 8Ohm Aggy 112 cabs for an old Eden 4ohm 410 and for me the 410 blows the stack out of the water. Literally twice the headroom - for a function band gig with everything through the front I was limiting my head at 1 o'clock output volume with the 112s just to hear myself - with the 410 it sits at about 9 o'clock. (I know that this probably has a lot to do with the amount of speaker area etc). Having said that, I used an 8ohm Ashdown 210 for ages and it was great and always loud enough. Swings and roundabouts I guess!
