2. For sale: an almost mint Zoom B9.1ut. This multifx provides a remarkable range of usable sounds, comprehensive controls and great modelling. The build quality is excellent, display is clear, and it manages to be remarkably easy to use, despite its huge range of functions - the four way expression pedal being a particular favourite feature of mine. Full details and downloads on the Zoom website here: https://www.zoom.co....effects-console I have never gigged this pedal and, due to mainly playing in jazz bands, have rarely used it as it is simply too powerful for my needs! Comes in its original box with power supply, posted for [s]£95[/s] £90 all in. This is a very popular pedal, and it isn't hard to see, or hear, why!
3. Bought a Yamaha TRB5 II from Mark. Excellent transaction from start to finish, item arrived in perfect condition and very well packaged - thoroughly recommended!
4. Ach, can't believe I missed the start of this! I've got a huge amount of free time over the next five weeks as well. Hopefully there will be another one starting soon-ish, sounds fantastic.
5. I have a pair of the Alesis M1 MK2 Actives that I picked up from ebay for £113 second hand, had them 6 months and they've been perfect. I think they're nice, to my ears they sound more neutral than my friend's Yamaha HS50s which sound much more forward and agressive, they also go much deeper.
6. Bought a mixed pack of strings from Andy, a pleasure to buy from, would certainly deal with again.
7.
+1 please!! Would be so much appreciated!
+1 Me too please!
8.
Again - as per your other video 'yamahabass' As requested by PM for my benefit and others: Impressive playing you've posted up there. This is something I've started to try getting into as well. Can I ask what scales / chord tones / substitutions you are visualising / thought processes / thinking about on the neck when you are playing? Are you mentally thinking to outline / connect each chord change? Are you thinking anything in terms of chord subs etc?
I would be interested too!
