Ear plugs are definitely a must when practicing at high volumes. I use them all the time, and im sure i would go deaf if i didnt (damn drummer!!!).

you know i tried elixers once before and i found them to be extremely unreliable! I broke a low E string at the first gig after putting them on my bass!!

I would totally die if i didnt have access to a bass for 10 days i dont know how anyone could manage.

I am going to wear that suit one day!!!! It would be such a thrill to honour the greats of the bass who donned that costume before.

I think that the most succesful bassline is from Money by Pink Floyd. The most fun bassline to play is probably Machine Gun by Jimi Hendrix... even though there are so many others!

well even though hes not the greatest i would have to say gene simmons is slightly underrated (please dont flame me for this im just stating an opinion lol) Willie Weeks is another bassist that only few hear of... and alot of people i know underestimate Paul McCartneys playing prowess.

OHH MAN!!! I am soo jealous!!! That bass is one of my dream basses (probably most every bass players dream bass), ive only got an epiphone viola bass... but you sure struck gold with that one!! (ps sorry to hear about your brother)
