1. For sale is my ORIGINAL Marshall Guv'nor. None of yer crappy reissues here, just a solid, classic, beautiful sounding original. It has been around and has the battery cover missing, but is in full working order and kicks ass! Given the slightly beaten up condition (all superficial) I am letting this go at a bargain price. Don't miss out as these are going on ebay for £130+. All I am asking is £90 NOW INCLUDING POSTAGE - I know, I am a bit nuts! Fill yer boots!!!
2. bump - going on the bay at the weekend - make me an offer!
3. And again - what a giveaway!!! It's going on ebay if it doesn't go.
4.
Fairly unlikely as its only us in the building... And that would mean you broke in to jam and then locked up as you left (unless you came to jam with my drummer, Tom). There are A LOT of rehearsal spaces and studios within 5 minutes of Hot Rox though, including the very popular Magnet Rehearsal Studios....
Yeah, we broke in; it was smart - surprised you never noticed we'd been there!
5.
Lol - Effects: Various. Simple but effective. I get my Georgle L's from Hot Rox, but then the actual shop is around the corner form my studio so I can call in. They tend to get stuff out to folks pretty quick though via mail order. I have crap loads of short lengths (say 3-6 inches) of cable - literally 30 or 40 bits so if you need a couple of short bits to play around with then let me know. I need to go a buy a couple more plugs this week though so I don't have any spare of those... Shep
Cool - I think I've been in your studio last year for a Jam with a couple of mates! I popped in to hotrox to get my M5 whilst I was there!! Small world!
6. For sale is my Gallien Krueger Backline 600, 300W (at 4 ohms) bass head. It is in full working order and has never let me down, although it is gigged and showing superficial wear and tear to prove it. I have tried to show the scratches and dinks in the photos so as not to hide anything. The front panel is in good condition, so if the unit were fitted in a rack you would barely see the evidence. I am looking for £135 posted (within the UK) PM me if interested. 7. This is mine: It's not finished yet, but I am really pleased with it so far. The 115 is homemade and I don't use it since I got the GK 212 Neo - I may add a GK 115 neo at a later date, just not sure I really need it.
8. Bought a GK 700RB II from Alan and am over the moon with it. It is in brand new condition and was packaged well enough to send to the moon, and all for a great price! Would gladly deal again. Thanks!
9. So i'm thinking it's between the discumbobulator and the 3Leaf proton (currently ahead because of size); both seem to have that wet sound I am looking for. Anyone know of something similar with a dry mix or will it have to go in a blender?
10. What is the general opinion of the emma discumbobulator? I was looking at changing my micro qtron for one, but am having second thoughts now as no-one has mentioned it here.
