4. Line 6 POD version 2 (AKA the big red kidney thing). Lots of sounds on tap. Have mostly been using it for recording and jamming at home. Comes with PSU and manual but no box. Cheers Bob

6.
I have one of these - you can pick them up for £30-40 off ebay.
I'm thinking that's not the image you wanted to link as that's very far from a compressor
7. Mikkel bought my Aguilar TH from me. Flawless transaction, easy comms. Would happily do business with him again!
8. Tom bought my Noise Box from me Smooth, fast, hastle-free business. Would totally recommend dealing with him!
9. Hi all, selling my Aguilar Tone Hammer Preamp and DI box. This is an awesome little tool and I've done quite a few gigs running just through this straight into a PA with a great sound. Moving it on to make some cash as I already have another DI which I'll be using from now on. No velcro on the bottom, comes with the original box, no manual but comes with an 18v adaptor. Can also be used with two 9v batteries if you want. Yours for [s]£130 posted.[/s] SOLD Cheers Bob
10. I didn't like the slap tones with the 105Q... too muffled or too nasal. It would be nice to have a pure clean signal blended to get some snap back to mix with the quack.
11.
Justin will always sound like Justin, doesn't matter what he uses. You think he'd pick something that sounded crap? He'll use be whatever is needed. And comparing his produced...even live sound, with multiple rigs and numerous pedals, with a clinic video using a Warwick straight into a practice amp, recorded on the camera mic, is silly and you know it! Si
This x1000
12. It's become something of a standard on a lot of pedals these days but something I'd want would be a blend control. The 105q was really cool when put into a clean blend loop but unless you used dirt I just didn't did its tone.
13. When playing with my function band which covers modern pop to Motown to funk to rock, I adjust my technique, maybe tweak my bass' on board EQ and pickup pan and use the occasional pedal. You might want to use a compressor as this would help you stay prominent in the mix when playing in different positions (e.g. playing soft near the neck, playing aggressively closer to the bridge etc).
