  3. MXR M233 Micro Amp + These are made in the MXR Custom Shop. Great for setting levels when switching basses, or for a volume boost when you need it. Tone controls are super handy too. Really excellent condition and works perfect. Price includes postage to standard UK post code.
  4. £79 posted to a standard UK postcode With heavy heart, this dirty funk beast is up for sale. These pedals are nostalgic bliss for me, but its not getting enough use and I need funds for something else. They have a dirty filter tone, or with the sensitivity right down they give a huge and smooth sub bass. The serial number dating site has this one as 'probably made within a couple of months March 1988'. Includes a PSU lead adapter. The power supply and battery work, and it has the battery cover and the little disks on the knobs are still attached! Cheers
  5. https://www.thomann.co.uk/skb_fb4_formcase_ebass.htm 161cm in total. Just over the limit?
  6. Ha ha, that's exactly where my two came from. 👌
  7. Fwiw, here's the Ashdown variant. The output devices are plastic package equivalents of the originals. All now obsolete but equivalents available from Profusion PLC. Additions: C1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 (for hf stability?) and C17 (lf stability? Power supply noise rejection?) Ashdown ABM Schematics.pdf
  8. Ticket duly purchased for the Bradford gig 😄🤘
  9. This is a very good asking price!

  11. Proper little good Keyboard this one, sadly I don’t have enough space for it. As a non-Keyboard player it came highly recommended by a number of guys that suggested it was actually really decent, especially for the money. A travel affair bit for gigs, and I’m regularly in the Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, Sheffield areas particularly.
  12. I design and install high voltage audio systems, 70V and 100V. I would use an L Pad of some type if the customer wanted a local volume control, but I would not consider a HiFi speaker with one fitted. DSP does allow the designer of a PA top to tailor the sound for the common scenarios found in the real world. However, my original point was that most of the passive designs for bass guitar that include switched, or variable tweeter attenuation are there because a proper crossover has not been designed and/or a really cheap and nasty crossover has been installed.
  13. Ha, I’ve looked at this so many times that I completely forgot that I’d already wished you GLWTS. Ah well, as much good luck as I can muster!
  14. Hi all - a topic that has been done to death. Sorry! However I’ve just been advised that KLM have a limit of 158 cm total (L+W+D). Anyone aware of any particularly compact hard cases? I fear this will preclude the likes of Hiscox and it’s annoying to say the least.
  15. Absolutely Stunning! I very much want. But, I very much can’t afford. GLWTS!
  16. String spacing?

  18. Shame that this is still here…. Took it out on a gig on Sat and it was as expected…..special!👌🏽 Waiting on a luck owner🤞🏽
  19. You’ll have to get the pros on here or Google to get that answer. Me🤷🏾‍♂️ It does something nice (subjective of course…you dial in as much as your ears tell you)
