  2. I may be able to help, depending where in north London and where in the south west. No promises but maybe something could be worked out?
  3. Out Of Time - Hall and Oates
  4. It’s a big ticket item, takes time
  5. We do in rehearsals! But it's done in a let's get better way and we also share what we are struggling with. The drummer and I are working on Hysteria which is causing us headaches...
  6. Passed through Handsworth today for the first time. Can't believe how much this album currently costs on either CD or vinyl! Island Records reissue it NOW please!
  7. 25 O'Clock — Dukes of Stratosphear
  8. Most of the punters are scared of it 😆
  9. U.K. postage is around 70 on Shiply so would let this go for £400 delivered Thanks
  10. U.K. postage for this week a coming in around £110 on Shiply.com which would make the cab, 550 delivered so I’m happy to half the expense and sell for 500 delivered.
  11. 14 TX64 Pads and Mounting arms 2 Modules which work fine but the RAM batteries have died and so Memories don’t store and theres a warning on power up. Dismiss it and the Modules work fine. No power supplies and all Pads work perfectly well responding to all pad trigger areas and velocity. I originally had 3 full kits at my rehearsal room but have no need for them and most of the parts/frames etc have been sold. selling as a job lot as I’d rather not split and do individual postage. Collection is good too, NE26 or NE6 or could possibly drive to meet depending on distance. Any questions please ask. Thanks David I
  12. I had the 2x8" combo too - really nice sound and very cool styling, but insanely heavy for a small combo. Made by Carlsbro apparently. OP amp looks a bargain for proper quality kit
  13. My Lionel SL is 2.6kg / 5.7 lb
  14. Robert bought my Greco Thunderbird. First class communications throughout which was great as the bass was shipped to The Netherlands. An absolute top guy to deal with in every way, I highly recommend! 👍
  15. I'm planning another trip in the near future and, have to say, the virtual showroom on the website is awesome - I spent ages nosing around. A really great addition, wish more stores had this.
  16. small squares and a wooden spatula
  17. yo really have got to be some kind of nut job to point a gun at the Police in the USA, if the reports are accurate of course
  18. Very posh. Nice one. Dave
  19. Thanks, that's very kind. Very little interest in this bass, which has been listed here for 18 months.
  20. " some of the performers aren't so good" I've noticed that at a lot of the open mics in my neck of the woods . Daryl
  21. OK, not just me then! I tend to swap out my univibe for a chorus for conventional/wedding gigs, and I've put 1x1cm squares on instead. Seems to be easier to remove...
  22. Looks like a very " posh" event 71 here. I hope I'm still gigging at 79. That would be awesome. Daryl
  23. … so I was going to make a ‘Stealth’ all black board, but remembered whilst starting to assemble (with the Keeley Bassist Limiting Amplifier) that I had a Lusithand Alma Mk 2 in Chrome sitting on a shelf somewhere lol (my favourite comp and it’s British 🇬🇧 😎) so …
  24. We never call each other out on mistakes. I think it's one of the reasons we've stayed together since 2007. Plus, with the amount of mistakes we make we'd end up spending more time calling each other out than actual playing. Lol Daryl
  25. Hmmmmm... I think I meant younger than some of you with a few approaching me, I'll be 79 in a couple of weeks! 😊
