It looks like it'll land at over £1k, which is getting VERY close to Quad Cortex money. Is it comparable? Edit* Actually £899 https://www.andertons.co.uk/darkglass-anagram-bass-workstation/

I quite fancy a Schecter Corsair bass but my inability to find a suitable proper lightweight flightcase that would fit it put me off. Even Schecter couldn't point me in the right direction.

Thanks for this advice, I'd not really checked those things specifically but will do some investigation. 👍

Danage started following Footswitch loud click/pop?
-
Hi there. It could be the footswitch giving up, or it could be that a coupling capacitor is starting to go leaky and is letting DC current pass through. i.e. the pop that you're hearing is actually DC current going into your amp input, and out the speaker, when it should only get the AC current of your instrument signal. If you stomp the pedal on and off several times in a row, does the click/pop lessen? Is it worse when the pedal has just been powered on, and less noticeable after it's been running for a while? If so, it could be a capacitor. If not, the footswitch could be the culprit.

Custom Shop Precision for £413
lemmywinks replied to lemmywinks's topic in eBay - Weird and Wonderful
This guy has featured on here before, looks like another cheapy remodelled into a "custom built" bass: Not quite MDP levels of insanity but still a bit off. Would be interesting to get a clearer pic of the neckplate on that black P bass as I can't make out where it was made. -
Compact budget PA set-up to put bass through (without back-line).
Woodinblack replied to Al Krow's topic in PA set up and use
Yes, the CT200 is fine. I got it to do speakons, but frankly, I haven't really had an issue with that so that one stays at home. I find the CT200 requires you to think about what you are seeing, it isn't as instant so the CT100 is the one that travels everywhere. -

To be fair, if it was a 4-string (there doesn't seem to be one) & £100-odd cheaper, it could be the basis for an interesting project.
