1. Past hour
2. I like that. Dave
3. Just to add this: there was a mention of a browser-based editor for Zoom pedals on Reddit, so I checked it out. https://sym.bios.is/ Quick screenshot: Note: I had to disable ad-blockers on the site, which doesn't look like a problem as there aren't any ads.
4. GLWTS................ Come on Postcode Lottery.....!
5. The Chinese Plexi DanArmstrong gift arrived first thing this morning. I’ve got to say it’s not as heavy as I thought it might be , I think it feels around ten pounds , perhaps a shade under. I put on some old flats that had been resting on another bass , oiled the fingerboard and pickguard and spent much of the day turning knobs and playing around with it. I like it ,
6. See below... & I don't own any heavy basses. Unfortunately, my shoulder is just knackered! I am impressed - indeed it is. 269 is on all my basses. It was the number given to a cow that was destined to be killed but was liberated. 269 went on to live a long and healthy life.
7. Moving on this great, really lightweight, 15 inch speaker cab with horn. Loud and pairs nicely with a small amp - for example my Trace Elliott Elf which is also up for sale. You get the full power of the amp with it being 4ohm. All working correctly. Thanks, Alex
8. If you haven't tried already, I'd recommend listing on TheFretboard UK forum (it's free) - Polite community and several of the longstanding members have S2s as their No. 1.
9. A terrific amp, for sure. GLWYS, Chris.
10. I bought an Eastman MD505 from RG. All good. No issues.
11. In my head, there is no reason why this shouldn't work, but I thought it'd be a good idea to check with people who probably know better... let's consider the following humbucker wiring: Coil A negative > Ground Coil A positive > volume pot > series/parallel switch > master volume Coil B negative > series/parallel switch > master volume Coil B positive > series/parallel switch > master volume Now, in my head, with the volume pot all the way off, you'd have a single coil sound, regard less of where the switch is. But then you could blend in the second coil in either series or parallel. So you'd get everything that you'd have from a series/split/parallel set up, but even more with the blend... and it could all be done on a single push-pull pot..?
12. Each hole is perfectly sized to attract and provide a habitat for wild Mojos.
13. Not buying anything because there was nothing worth buying does not qualify as an unambiguous demonstration of the power of the spirit over the lures of materialism my friend
14. I'm going to need a slightly bigger room and am going to be building a cabin around it, or possibly a cabin that is it, so I'm selling this once again. If you're podcasting, or doing a Prince and recording masterpieces instrument by instrument, this is a bloody nice unit. Big enough footprint for a Jazz kit, sufficient height for a 3/4 double bass, low-noise fan and lights in the mix also 👍
15. All unused, top quality sets. Double ball ends but possibly can be used for shorter basses. 37” length. (I could use the outer strings on my standard scale bass but would rather sell as sets). * Newtone 5 string sets x 6: Diamond Bass, hex core, stainless steel, 46-130, length 37” (ball end to ball end) with tapered B. £25 each (discount for multi purchase) ( I also have a Hot Wires 5 string flat wound set…pm me)
16. Got these with a purchase and never used (will never use). They are 36” length, 45-130 gauge, flat wound, double ball, 5 string set.

17. I got the MS-70CDR+ rather than the MS-60B+. Not having PC editing is a PITA. There's a good selection of effects though, and I'm not bothered about amp sims, hence going for the CDR rather than the B. I'm not sure if this is me missing something, or an issue with the pedal design. I'm using batteries in it for now, just for convenience while I'm messing around with it. On my non-plus MS pedals, I can press the Settings button and it will show me the state of the batteries. The manual for the MS-70CDR+ says that I should select the battery type so it can tell me the battery state correctly but doesn't then appear to have a way of showing the battery state, and there's nothing in the manual that I have found to tell me how to find the battery state.

19. It's a fair cop, guv'nor! But I was doing so well, having managed to visit Merchant City Music and successfully not buy anything...
20. This keeps coming up and I have to keep remindig myself, I'm here to SELL a bass, not to buy a new one... 😅
21. Selling this great fuzz from Foxgear. For me this pedal have one of the best Dry signal blend control out there. Definitely no loss of lowend here as the Dry signal have its own volume control. And oh, the whole faceplate lights up when powered. That alone is worth the price. 😁 cheeky video for a bit of sound reference: https://www.facebook.com/share/v/15WtiHUUCx/?mibextid=UalRPS Only selling as my setup needs an OD rather than a fuzz atm and no more board space for both. £50 now £45 posted mainland UK.

22. I love it! 😍
23. Not sure just how accidental that was given you were in a music shop and did have your credit cards with you? Bit f*** me that's a bloody nice bass @neepheid 👍
24. Today
25. I have the glittery, starry night 5 string version of this. I was thinking it could be a gimmick but I will say it is actually really handy. It is now my family jewel and the best bass I've ever owned really. It stacks great with pedals too on top of it all. Really glad and yet more unique than the already superb Stingray Specials.
