SOLD DHA VT2 rack unit Preamp for sale
rosco replied to pbasspecial's topic in Amps and Cabs For Sale
I recently acquired the pedal version of this and upgraded the tubes to n.o.s mullards. Simply cannot gig without it, it's a wonderful sounding box with harmonic content for days. This is a bargain begging to be bought (also a crucial upgrade for anyone wanting to add some real warmth and harmonic complexity to their solid state head). -

Hey guys, This amazing head is up for sale at the moment inc. rc4 footswitch and bag (bag is pretty worn and has definitely seen better days, but still serves it's purpose!). I'm not sure if I'm being completely mad here as this head is an amazing piece of gear that has served me well on anything from cocktail bar gigs to 5000 cap venues; but GAS is a real pain in the ass! Knobs and buttons have been replaced with the updated ones and everything is working perfectly as you'd expect. Footswitch has a few, expected gig scratches here and there, but also works perfectly and has a brilliant build quality/feel to it. Priced at [s]£495[/s] £480 inc. insured P&P. The best price I could find for a new RH750 at the moment is £866 from GAK (with the RC4 footswitch retailing at a standard £125!), so grab yourself a TOTAL BARGAIN whilst I'm unsure! Cheers, Ross

Hey guys, If you're reading this, you know how great these pedals are. Simply selling (probably stupidly!) for a recent change in the pedalboard chain, leaving this one gathering dust at the moment (I already know I'm gonna miss this as it's been in my board for years up until a few weeks ago, but I've got a uncontrollable thirst for pedal experimentation these days!)! In 'gigged' condition (inc. strong velcro on the back) being a players pedal, but fully functional and a really great sounding swiss army knife of saturation pedals. Last one on here appeared to shift for £135 (best retail is around £225), so I'll happily tag P&P on this one for free for £135 all in (no offers below please, I'm not in a mad rush to sell and I think that's a VERY fair price considering the history of sales on here . Cheers, Ross

Traded my Valenti Jazz for Marinus' ACG Krell bass around a month ago. Everything was smooth, simple and great comms throughout. Both basses arrived in one piece and both parties are very happy, what more could you ask for?!

Hey guys, Great to see some interest back this way for the amazingly underrated talents of Nino Valenti. I'm pretty sure I'm swaying to slapping myself in the face and holding onto this for as long as possible! A lot of you in the forum will know the horrible reality of 'having to choose one to let go' due to financial issues, 'quiet gigging periods' etc. etc. And the only reason I had to choose this amazing bass is due to the sentimental values of my Stingray (which would have poor value on here anyways due to the 'true relic' it's got going on!) and the low value of my Squier P Bass (which, ironically, after all the mods is the best sounding P I've ever played or recorded with! It's honestly been on more records recently than any other bass I've used!). I'm definitely a P bass guy through and through, however I'm starting to make friends with the world of jazz basses. This one has a sh*t tonne of tone on offer with merely the slightest adjustment of the right hand pressure and positioning! Not to mention the vibe that's blooming from it! I'll post my final thoughts tomorrow after my gig tonight however once again, the only reason you'll see this back up for sale from me is due to the endless juggling of bills! Cheers, Ross

Bumping this back up for sale for the same fixed price of £695. Any courier costs, chosen and covered by the buyer. I'm away to Australia for 3 weeks this evening, but will have regular access to emails and I also have a very good friend who can prepare the bass for postage if necessary. The only reason I'm selling is due to the bass gathering dust at the moment and a pretty quiet start to the year.. Take advantage of my uncertainty whilst you can! Once again, I will not go lower in price. The price is as low as it should be in my opinion. No trades either please. Cheers, Ross

All PM's replied too. The bass weighs 9 pounds exactly. I'm also considering withdrawing this from sale for two major reasons: 1. I managed to pick up some recording work last week and the Valenti was sounding amazing throughout, yet again reminding me of how crazy I am for considering a sale! 2. Far too many people are trying to low ball me further on the final and ridiculously fair price drop to £695. NOTE: I will not sell this bass for less than £695. I'll definitely confirm my plans with a final bump by the end of this week. Cheers for the interest so far guys, Ross
