I wrote something about the X here and started to write something about the X7 here (its not finished yet...and only in german...). My first impressions: Interesting sounds, maybe a bit to much "fuzz" with the X. It is not so easy to get some smooth Overdrive sounds with the X. The X7 sounds similar but got the better settings to get also some lower and smoother Overdrive sounds.

I like the Darkglass Hyper Luminal Compressor! It can sound like a DG Super Symmetry, it can also sound like a UREI 1176! Klick
