1. Welcome and enjoy!
2. Welcome on board!
3. Yes, thanks - I was pretty sure of the norm for SS amps to do this, I was just checking to see specifically about this EA amp - any specific quirks. I had heard that Ashdown did an SS amp which had problems after doing the same.
4. Hi, Too long a story for here, but I'd like to know if anyone has run an EA doubler without a speaker connected for a gig. I need the balanced output - DI pedal being used elsewhere. Thanks in advance Greg
5. Is the cab still available?
6. Hampshire Based Guitar player Wanted A professional and exciting Hampshire based function band seeks a reliable and competent Guitarist. Currently the band is gigging as a trio, and we are in the process of turning into a 5-piece to suit wedding and corporate type gigs. Other than being highly skilled on your instrument and being Hampshire based, we'd really prefer it if you had a high motivation to participate in several rehearsals prior to gigging (either in the SO53 or SO32 areas) & the flexibility to do regular gigs. You'll need your own reliable transport and professional equipment. Also, it'd be great if you had a desire to play an active part in the band’s promotional activities – wedding fairs etc. To give you an idea of the level the band perform at, most of the current performers earn a full-time living from playing and/or teaching music. The line up is currently, lead vocalist, drums, bass + backing vocals, piano + backing vocals. We'd like to add a guitar (with or without BV's) to fill out the sound. The band currently play a great mixture of function material, however we perform most of these with a professional 'twist' of adding a Latin Flavour to each song. This really helps us stand out from the crowd of pub - type bands etc. Please get in touch if you'd like more details and let us know a little more about yourself too! Thanks! Greg

12. Hi, If anyone would like to know more about the selection process at the Royal Marines School of Music, BBC will be showing this short 30 min TV show on Sunday at 4pm. Although I teach bass at the RMSoM I was not in on the same day as the film crew, so you won't see my ugly mug! 23. Hi all, After a heavy year of gigging, a wheel on my cab has broken into many pieces and is beyond repair. Does anyone know where I might get a spare wheel (or set of 2) for my Genz Benz 212 Neox Cab. The wheels slot into to edge of the cab - see picture from the internet http://s594.photobuc...011297.jpg.html (not my link at all, but at the moment I have no way of taking a picture of my own cab!!!) Thanks in advance. Greg
24. Lovely bass - just a touch too much for me at the moment, good luck with the sale
