Hi all, I'm available from now. Have good gear (Fender/Markbass), wheels, passport, and will do most things. Plenty of gigging experience. I DO have specific limitations. I don't slap, at all, and I also don't do anything remotely Jaco-esque. Good'n'solid is what I DO do! Limited BVs... Quite happy to be in a covers band, so long as it's further up the scale, as it were, than just pub gigs. I enjoy pub gigs, I'm just trying to step up a notch!

Budget B, I'm guessing nineties, but the 'relicing' took off the serial. It's a Mexican one, for sure. Kev, nice bass, but if you're a gigging bassist, then you need three, because:- 1) Always take a backup when gigging. 2) If something breaks, you still need to gig with backup. 3) ...is therefore the minimum stable for a gigging bassist. And a great excuse to get more if you've less than 3!

I never go gigging without a backup, so two basses is a must. If one's duff, I STILL need to go out with a backup, so three is totally justifiable. Beyond that...And I just went down from five to three, so, back to balance!

Ah well, times is hard, and space is limited, so I've sold off the Kramer and Yamaha, leaving me with just the Fender/Squier basses. Feels good, sort of lighter! Also sold a Squier Strat, but picked up a MIM Fender Strat instead...although I got it for less than I sold the Squier for...lucky!
