Only recently acquired this cab and I've realised that whilst it sounds tremendous it is simply too much for me to transport. I'm at the point where I'm still happy to schlepp it around as it sounds so great but I can see me using it less and less due to the logistical challenge it represents. The Boogie site list it at 134lbs but due to the dimensions and solidity (it's built like a tank that has been built out of indestructible space metal) it's really difficult for me to move. Once tipped back on the wheels no problem, but as I'm sure most of you know this is not the full story and A-B is often strewn with hazards like stairs and gravel..... Anyhow, long story short I'd like to replace it with something a bit more manageable that still cuts it for me tone and volume wise. Straight sale is £580 which is precisely what I paid for it. No offers as I think this is already a crazy steal giveaway cutmyownthroat price. Open to trades and ideally I'm after something modular so pair of decent 2x12 or 2x10 perhaps? Could do a mix of cab and cash my way or yours as well..... The cab is the varient with the metal silver grill and comes with the mesa slip cover. I'd rate the cab at 8/10 condition wise and the cover 5/10. Just a few dinks in the tolex and the normal wear on the skid rails etc. One caster is very slightly loose but all functions fine. Overall A1 for a used cab. Clean hifi with plenty of punch and weight to the sound. Keeps up a treat with my Aguilar, the only place you'll get more headroom is to go outside.

Geoff, I used to have an A5 which worked really well as an 'acoustic electric'. Mine was fretless and gave up some very nice round tones when played up from the bridge. It also had the midi system fitted although I found this less useful as there was a fair bit of lag. Some old story, sold it now I miss it. No idea how it compares to other options but I'd certainly recommend the A5. Happy hunting, Andy

Could I just add for those tempted by Dood's Norwich based xl is that I'll also throw in tea and biscuits upon collection! I have pg tips, be wary as he may use a lessor tea!

I had previously included this an a previous post and suspect it's gotten lost so here it is again. Hartke 4.5XL 410 cab. Classic 410 (IMHO), 400w 8ohms, front ported. Great depth, mids and highs from the small 5 centre speaker. It's an older cab but it good condition. The covering is all intact and bar a few scratches to the grill is pretty much A1. The downside with these babies is the weight which is around 99lbs I think. However, I do think this is party why they sound so good, they are extremly solid. I use a small folding sackbarrow to move this, turns a difficult lift into a piece of cake. I'm selling purely because I think this occupies a space I just don't really need now with the other cab options I have. As with most of my gear sales, I will probably regret it in due course. Hello all, Qtron plus up FS/FT. Great filter but it's not quite the holy grail of filters for me and I'm in the process of trying a few so this one needs to make some room. Box with instructions and EHX 24v power supply. It's used but in top condition and fully functional. Has a bit of velco on the bottom. I would like £60 including shipping for this piece of filter wonder. Alternatively up for trade offers on interesting pedals. I'm sorted for most stuff but would defo be interested in a nice reverb with a blend function. Hello there, Stag - SVT6 is great, less complex than the 5 and a bit more tubey (the voltage control is very good). No doubt I will end up buying another one 18 months after this is sold. Wicked amp, just looking to go lightweight. Mwoit - yes, can look at shipping the F1 at your cost mate. Plenty of interest in this at the mo so it might disappear soon! BTW - it's not a contradiction that I'm moving the F1 whilst wanting a lightweight solution, I'd like to go with one amp so it needs to be something with a bit more power than the F1. A

Dear all, Updated - F1 withdrawn, SVT6 Sold After much soul searching, investigation etc I've decided to move a few amplification device/utility/type-things on. No doubt shortly afterwards I will regret this and attempt to re-acquire them, however this is what we do I guess so here goes. Ampeg 610hlf (cringing on this one as I type). Probably the best cab I have ever owned but looking for something lighter/more portable. 6x10 plus tweeter with the usual variable control on the rear. 600w 4 ohms, ported so nice and deep. Excellent working order - but TATTY condition, lots of dinks and tears on the tolex, it has done some miles. On the plus side I've replaced the wheels with some larger rear ones and casters on the front - helps with the movement a lot and very slightly angles the cab up on stage. £400 'cause it's tatty - no hold on, more price drop madness - £375 of money for this beauty!!!!! This is an older model with jack only inputs but still sounds great. Very good condition. £100 please. 400W 8ohms - sounds much bigger than this. All are in Norwich where a warm low end welcome and cup of tea awaits anyone interested in trying any of this stuff. Yes, not a winning proposition cost wise. I recently sold one of these for £much less, however it is a great pedal. Better than the big boy Q-tron+ that I replaced it with.

A narrow escape, just saved me £70!

I bought this a few months back not really as a compressor but more as a kind of valve preamp to warm things up a little. Works great in this capacity but due to some other changes I've made I'm kind of covered on the valve pre side of things. It's a great compressor too I think but I'm not really into compression and with it's fairly large footprint on the board I'm afraid it's now in the departure lounge....
