1. Bump - some interest, no bites yet :-)
2. They're custom (because of the string spacing) Nordstrand Big Splits - not obviously hum cancelling, but the bass is pretty quiet hum wise..
3. Hi, Putting up my gigging RH450 for sale - lower price than the other one due to the dint in the photo attached and no original packaging. The original TC gig bag is not fit for purpose (and the reason why this has a dint) and I've thrown it away. . I recommend the Gator 1212 mixer case @ £30 ish (http://www.ebay.co.u...g-/331222731052) as a much better choice and I've used it with this amp but am now using with my RH750. The amp works perfectly and has never let me down. This one has never suffered from the great knob fiasco.. Try before you buy if you want to. I'm based just outside Banbury - otherwise happy to ship within the UK via UPS for £15 in professional packaging.
4. Payment received. Will ship UPS Tuesday morning... Thanks a lot Paul...
5. Sold pending payment
6. Hi, Just putting up for sale the better of my two RH450's (the one that lives at home) as I'm upgrading to a RH750. This will come with the original packaging. The original TC gig bag is not fir for purpose (and the reason why my "goto" RH450 has a slightly dented case. I recommend the Gator 1212 mixer case @ £30 as a much better choice and I use one with the other RH450. It has some slight marks as per the attached photos, but works perfectly and has never let me down. This one (and the other one) never seemed to suffer from the great knob fiasco.. Need a bit more power as I might change to a less sensitive cab.. Try before you buy if you want to. I'm based just outside Banbury - otherwise happy to ship within the UK for a tenner..
7. Bump with price drop...
8. nice.. as statusy as they get :-)
9. It is.. I know it sounds stupid but I bought it because I loved the colour....
10. Price reduction to £650 Putting rumples "Homage" jazz 5 up for sale as I'm not playing it very much at the moment... I've attached the original photos (if that's a problem Rumple let me know) and taken two new ones today showing the changes I've made.. More photos here https://drive.google...ajA?usp=sharing Here is the original spec below. I've added a John East Pre Amp (J Retro), shielded the control cavity, added a battery box (standard Ibanez style) And I fixed the scratch plate issue and added a metal plate to the next join. . Now strung with new DR Low riders.. Bass is unmarked apart from some tiny tool marks on the side of the fretboard which is how it came to me.. Based just outside Banbury - happy for folks to try before buying.. ============================================================================================================================================== Up for sale is my custom (Homage) Jazz Bass, you can read the build diary here: http://basschat.co.u...__fromsearch__1 35" scale One piece maple neck, matt finish, with dark rosewood board 17mm at the bridge Hipshot Type A bridge Hipshot Ultralite tuners Nordstrand pick-ups DR Sunbeam strings I absolutely loved the process of getting this made and the result is a fantastic looking and excellent sounding Jazz but after recently picking up another SR5 with a maple board I have come to realise I prefer maple and 34" scale, also at nearly 12lbs it's on the heavy side for a weed like me also if I can sell this one it's an excuse to start another build Sounds really great as a passive bass and that's what i was aiming for it could be amazing with the right pre amp. It's only been played a few times and is like new, the finish is beautiful and it plays like a dream the only tiny (me being really fussy) bug is if you look closely at the pics you can see the scratch plate doesn't quite match the shape of the control plate where they meet, easily fixed by getting Bass Doc to cut a new one in your preferred colour or live with it as it is as it hardly notices. it's a top bass made with the best parts and by some of Basschats finest, no expense spared. Any questions fire away but maybe check the build diary first just in case the answer is there quite hard to get the colour right in the photos the finish is off white, sol slightly creamy.
11. All Neepheid is saying is that if they're happy to only stock Fender and Yamaha boxed starter kits then they won't see him through their door..... It's the choice of the shop.....
And they can't give a crap without stocking high end boutique bass guitars?
12. Also some of the music store "small" chains which I would like to support actually have pretty much nothing I'd like to buy when I go in..... I've had good service from Mark at Bassdirect and on the keys side from Digital Village on Birmingham... I think a lot of it is how you present yourself to the shop staff as well..... I don't think they're psychic so I have to talk to them about what I want...
13. Is it an S12 or an S12T?
14. Only if you reported a dispute within 45 days....
if this were Ebay i think i would get my cash back no problem
15. if only you were closer :-)
