Stripe could be rosewood actually, too dark for walnut?

I'd say poplar body? Alder looks more like the pine table to my eyes. Maple neck but quite low grade (graded in A's I think? The more A's the better with a tighter grain ending with birdseye?). Skunk stripe, no idea actual skunk maybe!

People generally suggest £350 for 4 string ones so a five string with a case and a stand can't be that far off £425-450 surely?

How far back do you go? Can I buy a 70s p bass a few hundred pound?

Most people argue that a Badass is a waste of money (not me actually I liked mine) and a 1/4 pounder pickup is easy and cheap to fit!
