1. I bought a bridge from Bob in a totally-hassle free transaction. Highly recommended and one of the clan too
2. For sale is a chrome Badass 3 bridge that allows thru-body stringing for basses such as the new Series (2007 onwards) Fender American basses. The bridge is secured on to the body by 3 screws. It's in great overall condition. There are a few tiny scratches on it where the intonation has been adjusted and it comes with pre-grooved saddles. These are pretty hard to get hold of now and seem to go for quite a premium. I'm selling this one for £55 plus £3 p&p Also for sale is a Fender USA bridge which allows bridge or string-through stringing. It connects to the body via 3 screws. In great condition. £30 plus £3 p&p Thanks for looking
3.
MB1. BUMP!
Thanks Martin
I noticed you said you were looking at getting a fretless, would a trade for this interest you at all? http://www.gumtree.com/p/for-sale/watson-custom-4-string-fretless-bass/1030929752 http://www.watsonguitars.net/10B038C.html
Thank you for the offer, but I'm more in to my Fenders unfortunately
4. Thanks for all the lovely comments. Lots of interest but still currently available as nothing concrete yet
5. Really not sure about this, but really need a fretless for a new project, so needs must... It's is a recently acquired Fender Custom Shop Jazz with Closet Classic relic finish (IE looks like it has been played a few times a year so has a tiny bit of wear and aged paintwork). It's a superb bass and comes with all the case candy, CS Certificate and G&G Case. Weight-wise I would guess at 9lbs. It's now going a lovely creamy colour as the nitro Olympic white finish has aged slightly and plays like a dream. I took this in a trade and as lovely as it is, as mentioned I need a fretless. I'm looking for £1,650 but would consider p/x's up to £800 for an unlined Stingray Fretless for string or a new Series (2008 onwards) US Fender Jazz with rosewood board. That's all I'm looking for though Thanks for looking

7.
Oly White is one of my favourite Fender colours. We've got three CS Jazzes on order and I'm really looking forward to them arriving One is an Oly White with matching headstock, there's also a Sonic Blue with matching headstock and mild relic Sunburst stack knob. Couple of P's on the way too might be here next month with any luck!
Remind me to avoid Twyford for the next couple of weeks! Sonic Blue eh? Thanks for the kind comments guys
8. I've just acquired a Fender Custom Shop Closet Classic 64 Jazz in Olympic White which is now turning a lovely Cream colour. The relicing has been done very sympathetically and the bass plays wonderfully and sounds fantastic. It's complete with the G&G Case, all the candy and CS certificate etc. weight-wise I would guess at 9lbs. It's a stunner and far better than the 64 NOS Jazz in Sea Foam Green that I had a while back. The only thing I don't really like is the colour I've never been a huge fan of white basses. I'm hoping it will grow on me as everything else barring the colour is absolutely stunning IMO. Maybe as it yellows I'll come to love it more
9. I don't know whether Status manufactures their own bridges and tuners, but if they do they sell them via their website
10. Yet another totally faultless deal with Terry. A thoroughly nice guy and highly recommended
11. I bought one of these for myself last week and got given another one yesterday (lucky me!) 12. I don't think I've seen a white SG before. Lovely
13. ump for Status Hotwire 5 string Flats added. 2 sets of great 5 string strings (errr....) virtually unused for a great price. I'd sell both sets together for £30 inc P&P
14.
Looks like Nathan kings status (brother of mark)
I think it was his slightly camp uncle's once
15. Very reluctantly I'm putting up for sale a Status S2 Classic 5 String (thru neck). Easily the best 5'er i've played but alas, my old problem with my forearm means I need to let this go. I tried this out at Bass Gear and fell in love instantly with it. The playability is amazing (strung with a brand new set of Fodera nickels) and the sounds are incredible too. My head said no but my heart won the day I'm afraid The bass was built in 2008 and as I understand it, the body is ash with a maple top (lovely whitish clear finish with a beautiful dark grey pinstripe). It has red side and front LED's (the side ones can be turned on without the front LED's) and is in super condition with no marks that I can see. There is a very small bit of wear on the fingerboard a la roundwound strings but it's not very noticeable and I am being super-critical. The tuning pegs are a little bit tarnished and the gold is a bit faint in certain places on the tuners, but if you wanted to change them, Rob Green sells spares. It really is hard to notice though. Weight-wise I would say 9-9.5lbs and it comes with the original Hiscox Status branded case. The action is low and the neck is brilliant. I never realised what the fuss was with graphite necks until I tried one. I'm looking for £1,625. I'd rather a straight sale but would consider trades for a US Fender Custom Shop Jazz or US Lakland Jazz (only 4 strings though). I'd also consider a p/x for a 2008-onwards US Jazz plus cash my way (£850). Thanks for looking
16.
Changes name from 'Matilda' to 'Matron'.
17. Corr, that gets the old foot tapping Love it. You've a good set of pipes too!
18. For sale is a Hipshot D-Tuner (BT8 model for the new series Fender US Basses) in Chrome. It's been used (as pictured) but is in excellent condition Yours for £45 inc P&P Smurf not included
19. Sorry, the pot set isn't a Fender deluxe, it's a standard volume, tone, jack wiring harness for a P bass. Bump- will take offers on the above as I need to clear it out
20. Cliff answered my Wanted Ad for a set of gold Schaller straplocks in record time (in fact, I think he replied before I'd actually placed the ad!) A great guy to deal with and absolutely true to his word. Many thanks Cliff
